Yes. We only send SMS to people who've given verbal consent during the call. The agent confirms they're okay receiving texts before following up. We also include an opt-out (e.g. "Reply STOP") in every message, as required by CASL.

RingBird uses PIPEDA-compliant data handling with Canadian infrastructure. Call recordings auto-delete after 12 months. We never store sensitive financial information like SIN numbers or banking details.

Yes. You can set the agent's tone, speaking style, and personality. You also control what questions it asks, how it handles edge cases, and when it should escalate to you directly.

You configure escalation rules — the agent can offer to take a message, transfer the call to you, or let the caller know you'll follow up. You're always in control of what happens in those situations.
