If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use RingBird. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of RingBird complies with all applicable telecommunications and anti-spam laws, including CASL, CRTC regulations, and the National Do Not Call List (DNCL) rules.
RingBird's AI agent discloses call recording at the start of each call and obtains verbal SMS consent before sending follow-up messages. You must not override, disable, or circumvent these compliance features.
RingBird offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Usage-based charges (e.g., per call minute or SMS) may apply as described on our pricing page.
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by RingBird and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you provide (listings, agent scripts, follow-up templates). By uploading content to RingBird, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that content solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs (transcripts, summaries, lead scores) are automated and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making changes that materially affect your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingBird and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RingBird in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the AI agent will handle every call perfectly, that transcripts will be error-free, or that SMS messages will always be delivered successfully.
You agree to indemnify and hold RingBird harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account through the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
